NATIONAL Insurance Company, Sector 26, Chandigarh, has been pulled up by the UT Consumer Forum for wrongly turning down an insurance claim of a local resident. M.L. Meena, a resident of Sector 43-B, Chandigarh, had stated in his petition that he had purchased a Maruti 800 (PB-35-D-7099) from M/s Vehicleade, Pathankot, on January 8, 2002.
