Court rejects insurance claims for indirect injuries
Injuries resulting indirectly from the use of vehicles are not covered by car insurance policies, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled this morning. The ruling came as a blow to one man, who was shot by a fellow hunter, and another who was injured by a boulder thrown from a highway
