Owner pays for stolen car s brief misadventure
Rick Vance s car has been a real headache lately. On Sept. 8 the alternator went out. He had to have it towed and spent $500 on repairs. That ate up a big chunk of his first paycheck as a teacher at Harrison Hill Elementary
