N.J. Lawyer Hit by New Fraud Charges for Staging Auto Accidents

A New Jersey grand jury has indicted personal injury lawyer Irwin Seligsohn and his firm on charges they conspired between 1998 and 2003 to submit insurance claims for a fake auto accident, the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice has announced.
