Budget cuts, auto insurance on lawmaker's agenda Wednesday
Lawmakers will return to the Capitol on Wednesday for their third special session of the year, this time to cut the $71 billion state budget due to revenue shortfalls and perhaps restore Florida's expired no-fault auto insurance
