Alfa Insurance says it will cut auto rates by 2% effective March 1
Alfa Insurance will lower its overall auto-insurance rates 2 percent effective March 1, the company announced Tuesday. Alfa also announced it will pay a $13 million cash dividend to Alabama automobile insurance policyholders who have had policies in force since June 30,
