Car thefts on the rise in Yakima
Yakima's plague of car thefts, rated the 10th worst in the country in 2005, isn't getting any better. In fact, it appears to be getting worse. From Jan. 1 to Sept. 30 of this year, 716 vehicles were reported stolen in the city. In the same period last year, 681 vehicles were reported
