Report says car insurance in Kansas among the lowest
WICHITA, Kan. (AP) A new report shows Kansas has the fifth-lowest auto insurance rates in the country. The average cost for combined liability, collision and comprehensive coverage in Kansas is $603.47 per year compared with $837.86
